Oak Welsh Dresser

This oak Welsh dresser  was a wedding-present from Dr. & Mrs. Leslie W. Jones of Hafod, Llanfairpwll, Anglesey to their elder son Dr. Ellis William Parry Jones and his wife Prudence Mary Jones upon their marriage on 8 October 1955. The dresser had been bought at t sale at Caer Leb, Brynsiencyn, Anglesey.

From Hafod, it was moved successively to Bryn Awel, Star, Gaerwen, then to 33 Hamilton Gardens, St. John’s Wood, London N.W.8 and in 1968 to 33 Liverpool Road, Chester.
