Leslie William Jones

Leslie William Jones was born at Treifan, Brynsiencyn, Anglesey, on 22 September 1891. He was the eldest son of William Humphreys Jones and Eleanor Catharine Jones. He trained to be a doctor in London, and married Elsie Frances Spearing of Daventry, Northamptonshire (born 22 February 1892, died 4 January 1982) on 5 October 1925. They had two sons, Ellis William Parry Jones and John Davis Jones.

He returned to Anglesey to be a doctor in the village of Llanfairpwll, and the family lived at Hafod, built in 1930. He later became Chairman of Anglesey County Council.
