Hafod, Llanfairpwll, Anglesey

Hafod was built in 1930 and remained the family home for nearly 80 years. It was the home of Leslie William Jones and Elsie Frances Jones and their sons Ellis and John. The house was built on the edge of the village of Llanfairpwll and for many years was the last house in the village, travelling towards Holyhead. After retiring, Ellis and Mary Jones moved to Hafod from Chester. Mary Jones remained there after the death of Ellis Jones in 1994 until 2008 when she sold the house.
